Refund Policy

At PanditPro (operated by Purohitpro Services Private Limited), we strive to provide the best service experience for booking pandits for religious ceremonies. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

2. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 48 hours before the scheduled service: Full refund (100%) of the booking amount will be processed.
  • 24-48 hours before the scheduled service: 50% refund of the booking amount will be processed.
  • Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: No refund will be provided.
  • No-show: If you do not show up for the scheduled service without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided.

2.2 Cancellation by Pandit

If a pandit cancels the booking or fails to show up, you will receive a full refund (100%) of the booking amount. We will also make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative pandit for your ceremony at no additional cost.

2.3 Service Not as Described

If the service provided significantly differs from what was described in the booking, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund. Such cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@panditpro.co.in
  2. Provide your booking ID and reason for refund request
  3. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Wallet: 3-5 business days
  • Net Banking: 5-7 business days

Please note that the actual time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Service fees and platform charges (if applicable)
  • Completed services
  • Gift cards or promotional credits

6. Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other events beyond our control that prevent the service from being delivered, we will work with you to either:

  • Reschedule the service to a mutually convenient date, or
  • Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

7. Disputes

If you have any disputes regarding refunds, please contact our customer support team at support@panditpro.co.in. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
