Welcome to PanditPro, a service operated by Purohitpro Services Private Limited. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PanditPro platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PanditPro is a platform that connects users with verified pandits (priests) for religious ceremonies, pujas, and rituals. We act as an intermediary between users and service providers.

2. Definitions

• User or You: Anyone who accesses or uses the Platform.
• Pandit or Service Provider: Verified priests who offer their services through our Platform.
• Services: Religious ceremonies, pujas, rituals, and related services offered by Pandits.
• Booking: The reservation of a Pandit's services through our Platform.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. Booking and Services

4.1 Service Bookings

When you book a service through PanditPro:

• You enter into a direct agreement with the Service Provider
• You agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of booking
• You agree to provide accurate details about the service requirements
• You agree to be present at the scheduled time and location
• You agree to provide necessary materials and arrangements as specified by the Service Provider

4.2 PanditPro's Role

PanditPro acts as a platform to connect Users with Service Providers. We:

• Verify Service Providers before onboarding
• Facilitate booking and payment processing
• Provide customer support
• Do not employ Service Providers; they are independent contractors
• Are not responsible for the quality or outcome of services performed

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on location, service type, and Service Provider.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets. Payment is processed at the time of booking or as specified in the service description.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Harass, abuse, or harm Service Providers or other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is the property of PanditPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included content without our express written permission.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee specific results from religious ceremonies or rituals. PanditPro is a service platform and makes no representations about spiritual or religious outcomes.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANDITPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to PanditPro in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2 Jurisdiction

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
